An automotive technology group located in Porto Real, Brazil, is seeking a qualified candidate to manage production processes, implement cost reduction actions, and ensure team development. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or business-related fields and possess fluent English along with proficiency in FES. Experience in team management and knowledge of sewing will be an advantage in this role, which focuses on enhancing production efficiency and employee satisfaction.
