• As the Head of Manufacturing (f / m / d) you will lead and manage the assigned operation for Steam Turbines in Jundiai and manage your team, internal and external stakeholders.
• You lead and manage the assigned operations staff in Jundiai :
• You demonstrate intercultural leadership and set stretching goals and drive to achieve beyond
• You agree targets with your team and delegate responsibilities and authority
• You take responsibility for own and team‑members' work life balance
• You will have responsibility for New Units manufacturing and Services Repair processes, including machining, assembling, planning and industrial engineering
• You challenge status quo to improve the process and reduce manufacturing costs
• You think beyond manufacturing and oversee the business impacts of manufacturing

What You Bring

• Successfully completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
• 8 or more years of experience in leadership role
• 6 or more years of manufacturing and intercultural teams management
• Strong communication skills to different levels of the organization
• Commitment to Safety as the strongest value in your team
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
