About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to serve as a strategic business partner, delivering accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial insights to support decision-making. This role is critical to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the indirect functions while maximizing value creation.

The Finance Manager will lead a team of four direct reports and act as the Finance Business Partner for Vice Presidents of Indirect Functions, fostering strong relationships with senior leadership and driving financial performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and develop a team of four finance professionals, ensuring high performance and engagement.
    • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Finance Business Partnering:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to VPs of indirect functions, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
    • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Financial Planning:
    • Lead the financial planning process, including budget preparation and forecasting.
    • Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
  • Financial Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
    • Prepare detailed financial reports and executive-level presentations.
  • Performance Management:
    • Monitor financial performance indicators.
    • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Decision Support:
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to guide business decisions.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
  • Languages: Fluent English (required); Spanish (preferred).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of financial planning, cost allocation, and accounting reconciliation.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
    • Familiarity with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Professional Skills:
    • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing and developing teams.
