As a Future Talent Automation Specialist, you will begin a hands-on learning journey focused on implementing and commissioning automation solutions for food and beverage production. You will gain practical experience in system testing, I/O checks, and equipment start-up at customer sites. With guidance from experienced colleagues, you’ll learn to turn customer needs into reliable automation setups that meet Tetra Pak’s standards, preparing you to support smooth project execution and contribute to protecting food, people, and the planet.

This position will be based in Monte Mor, SP.
You would be required to travel up to 20% of your time during the trainee program, with the expectation of increased travel (up to 50%) after the development phase, for equipment commissioning and installation at customer sites.

The start date for Future Talent Program will be in February 2026.


Suggested majors: University Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Systems Engineering, or other related fields.

What you will do

As an Future Talent Automation Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and test applications of different systems following internal guidelines and tools for production processes in the food industry, mainly beverages and dairy products;
  • Perform complete I/O checks of electrical panels;
  • Travel to customer sites to complete equipment commissioning;
  • Manage multiple projects as needed;
  • Maintain a professional attitude and working relationship with colleagues and clients.
We believe you have
  • Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Systems Engineering, or related fields;
  • Finished or will finish your studies between December 2023 and December 2025;
  • Availability to travel up to 20% of the time during the trainee program, with the expectation of increased travel (up to 50%) after the development phase;
  • Passion for excellence;
  • Customer centricity;
  • Interest in taking your career to the next level;
  • Analytical and communication skills, initiative, team spirit, and willingness to be part of a multicultural company;
  • Intermediate English level (Spanish would be a plus);
