What You’ll Do

• Architect and develop services and APIs for the Degreed product, coding, testing and debugging complex application components.
• Make architectural decisions that support the long‑term growth of the business.
• Collaborate with product owners to ensure features meet business requirements and the Degreed strategy.
• Work closely with designers, UX and other developers to understand new features, dependencies and technical details.
• Implement acceptance tests to guarantee the product meets customer requirements and expectations.
• Maintain high performance and scalability of all developed systems.
• Manage your time effectively, balancing coding tasks with supporting junior team members.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of professional development experience, with a proven track record in web projects.
• Hands‑on experience with C#, .NET Core, SQL Server and Angular (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and cross‑browser compatible code.
• Experience with MVC architecture and object‑oriented programming.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Desire to learn and innovate in a fast‑paced environment.
