The FP&A Manager will support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment, partnering with EDI leadership, accounting, data analytics, and other departments to deliver clear reporting and decision support. This position will report to the FP&A Lead for EDI.

The role may be remote or hybrid (part‑time in office and part‑time remote). The candidate must be highly flexible and committed to quality, accountability, teamwork, and supporting firm and department goals in a fast‑paced environment. We are seeking a professional with strong communication, leadership, technology, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, explain results, and identify key drivers and trends.
  • Develop deep expertise in financial data and serve as a subject matter expert, delivering insights and presentations to support strategic decision‑making for the EDI FP&A Lead, VP of FP&A, and EDI Community leadership.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast long‑term growth and evaluate key business drivers.
  • Design and develop new reporting and analytics to identify trends, performance insights, and emerging risks/opportunities across the EDI Community.
  • Partner with other FP&A team members and Practice Leaders to develop KPIs, goal‑setting, and business unit reviews.
  • Identify business challenges, assess implications, and develop data‑driven solutions.
  • Support ERP initiatives, including requirements gathering, implementations, enhancements, and the creation of system documentation to ensure consistent processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, Data Analytics, and Accounting on cross‑functional and special projects.

  • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP.
  • Experience participating in and respecting enterprise control and governance processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines effectively.

Salary Range: $110,000-$135,000
