Inbound Marketing Analyst to join our Growth Marketing team in LATAM.

This role is responsible for leading strategies that drive organic growth, content excellence, and lead nurturing, ensuring our digital presence attracts, engages, and converts the right audience.

As a senior analyst, you will manage our inbound channels (blog, SEO, website content, and marketing automation flows), collaborating closely with paid media, product marketing, and sales development teams.

The position requires strategic vision, hands‑on execution, and strong analytical skills to connect inbound efforts directly to pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute inbound marketing campaigns focused on pipeline contribution.
  • Manage and optimize SEO strategy to increase organic visibility and traffic.
  • Lead the blog and editorial calendar, ensuring alignment with campaigns and brand positioning.
  • Design and optimize lead nurturing flows in collaboration with Demand Gen.
  • Monitor KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion), prepare reports, and propose improvements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in inbound marketing, SEO, or content marketing.
  • Strong track record in managing inbound programs with measurable results.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and CMS platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM integration.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech companies.
  • Familiarity with sales and SDR / BDR processes.
  • Ability to lead projects independently and mentor junior team members.
