Qualificações

Location: Hybrid Model – Only for candidates based in São Paulo, Brazil

About the Role: We are looking for a Business Expansion Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the innovation space, focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role involves building strategic partnerships, structuring business models, preparing robust business cases, and managing complex projects from ideation to execution — always backed by solid financial and analytical foundations.

We’re seeking a fearless, self-managing professional who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, initiating action, and taking ownership of strategic opportunities from day one.

Please note: This position is open exclusively to candidates residing in São Paulo, as occasional in-person meetings and workshops will be required.

Role Responsibilities
  • Identify and lead innovation-driven business expansion opportunities in emerging markets
  • Structure and develop strategic partnerships with companies, startups, and key institutions
  • Conduct financial modeling and feasibility analysis for new business initiatives
  • Build comprehensive business cases to support decision-making at the leadership level
  • Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment, milestones, and successful execution of innovation initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to bring business concepts to life
  • Stay up to date on trends and movements in the mobility, rental, and sustainability sectors
Role Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (MBA/postgraduate studies are a plus)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, innovation, or project management roles
