PURPOSE OF POSITION
Our team is global, diverse, and based in 5 different countries gathering more than 10 different nationalities and languages. We have grown significantly in the last months and we are now looking for a Mid Level/Senior Relationship Manager to help the FX Desk with wide commercial experience and professional derivatives knowledge.
The job purpose is to expand the FX business in the global markets by prospecting new customers, developing business with current customers, and marketing risk‑management and pricing solutions.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospecting clients: identify potential clients through market research, networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences; utilize tools like CRM systems to track prospects.
- Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce FX services.
- Conduct thorough assessments of prospects’ FX needs by asking insightful questions and understanding their business operations and challenges.
- Increase and develop business with current clients and new clients:
- Analyze existing relationships of key clients for the region, identify suggestions to increase value in our proposals, and enrich commercial relationships.
- Establish a schedule for regular check‑ins with clients to discuss market updates, performance, and any changes in their needs.
- Gather feedback from clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Onboard new accounts in coordination with Compliance and Client Service teams.
- Active participation in the organization of market events and trainings.
- Value‑Added Services:
- Provide insights on market trends, risk‑management strategies, and hedging options to enhance the client relationship and demonstrate expertise.
- Develop, show, and execute tailor‑made OTC strategies for customers, in accordance with risk and portfolio analysis for each of them.
- Execute market analysis and trainings to support the development of the business.
- Contribute to tailor‑made positions for clients’ control and decision making.

- Knowledge of the value chain from farmers, co‑ops/trading and consumptive demands.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- B.S. or higher in Administration or any science, with strong academic performance.
- Experience in strategy, planning, business development and sales for the agribusiness industry.
- Financial derivatives proficiency.
- Languages: fluent English and Spanish will be a plus.
