The Role Mission

This role exists to protect the CEO’s time, increase execution speed, and turn bold ideas into finished outcomes. As Executive Assistant to Austin Netzley, you will operate as a true right hand. You will anticipate needs, own systems, and create leverage so the CEO can stay focused on the highest impact priorities across the business and life.

What You Will Own

This is a high‑trust, high‑responsibility role. You are not waiting for instructions. You are proactively creating order, momentum, and clarity across business and personal priorities.

• End to end CEO support across business and personal admin
• Calendar control and priority management
• Communication flow across email, Slack, and social
• Research, preparation, and follow‑through on various initiatives you’re supporting

Role Responsibilities

The core responsibilities of this role are:

#1: Business Admin

• Conducting and handling efficiently email/social communications
• Handling calendar and event scheduling efficiently
• Executing timely research requests
• Providing support on needed slide decks
• Travel related support and coordination

#2: Personal Admin

• Handling, booking and confirming personal travel
• Scheduling personal events
• Researching and handling the purchase of personal gifts
• Personal health related tasks: scheduling appointments, insurance requests, etc.

#3: Marketing Support (for Austin)

• Potential: Manual social media posting

#4: Mastermind Event Coordinator (supporting our 3x/yr in‑person events)

• Coordinating food and activities for these events

#5: Team+Culture Support

• Culture & team communication support
• Team reports and tracking
• Planning and coordinating team gifts
• Handling new hire onboarding and access to systems
