About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced professional with a strong focus on the administration and support of Microsoft solutions. This role requires availability to participate in an on-call rotation and the ability to communicate in English with global teams. The position is offered under a contractor model.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Exchange 2016 and Office 365 environments, ensuring platform availability, stability, and performance.
• Manage and optimize Active Directory environments, including security policies, authentication, and organizational structures.
• Create, review, and automate processes using PowerShell to increase efficiency and operational control.
• Provide advanced-level technical support and troubleshooting, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, system migrations, and upgrades.
• Be available to participate in an on-call rotation schedule, responding to incidents and critical issues as needed.
