Qualificações

  • Berufserfahrung, einschließlich Erfahrung in Öl und Gas, Kraftwerks- oder EPC-Projekten.
  • Umfassendes Wissen über Qualitätsanforderungen in der Gas-Kompressionsbranche.
  • Fähigkeit zur Analyse von Daten und kreativer Problemlösung.

A Snapshot of Your Day

The QMiP is the main point of contact for the project team, connecting with customers and collaborators to meet quality expectations as per contract and regulations.

This includes securing that requirements are entered into the design and build of the project; tests and inspections are done to prove the fulfilment and that the project adheres to the applicable processes.

On Project level, leading and coordinating a globally located team of supporting Quality functions will be integral part of your daily responsibilities and routines.

The QMiP also supports in the bid preparation stage by reviewing customer quality related specifications and providing comments and exceptions with budget estimations.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Review customer contract & specification during project for quality aspects like (country specific) certifications, product safety etc.

    Support the PM in presenting deviations to customer and obtain approvals for NCRs.

  • Ensure proper documentation to prove resolution of punch items.
  • Review quality items in supplier contracts, incl supplier ITP.
  • Coordinate Quality Plans for Project (including project ITP).

    Monitor the fulfilment of the project requirements

  • Participate in PACT workshops to raise & communicate quality risks.
  • Participate in Risk & Opportunity Assessments (ROA) and updates.
  • Support Customer through creation of Site Quality Plans.
  • Attend inspections and tests as required or requested.
  • Support and monitor Quality Gates.
  • Support customer audits for the project and secure that applicable processes are adhered to.
  • Release final Quality Documentation package for customer.
  • Support the Lessons Learned process (capture and implement)
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Quality field
  • Working experience, including experience in oil and gas, power plant or EPC projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Quality requirements and strict adherence to them in the Gas Compression industry.
  • Ability to analyze data with a broad view in developing creative issue resolution
  • Strategic thinking and creative problem solving
  • Enjoy working within a global team in an inclusive, supportive and engaging way
  • Enjoy working with change management and have an innovative and quality-oriented mindset
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
