Job Characteristics:

• Position: ESL Teacher
• Location: 100% Remote
• Employment Type: Contract
• Start Date: January 2026
• Candidates MUST be available to work Monday through Thursday, 7‑9pm.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, memorable classes.
• Respond to student inquiries via WhatsApp outside of class hours.
• Correct homework and activities on the teaching platform.
• Periodically contact students to understand and meet their needs.
• Focus on student results beyond class hours.
• Offer comprehensive support to students in a compassionate manner.
• Pursue continuous professional development.
• Have good quality video and audio.
• Have a high speed and reliable internet connection.
• Participate in weekly team meetings (Monday’s at 10am, for 30 minutes).

Qualification:

• CELTA, DELTA or TKT certification from Cambridge.
