Role description

As a Community Leader, you will build and grow an English learning community by hosting engaging events and guiding members to actively practice speaking in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Host English conversation events and community activities
• Build and grow an active learner community
• Create simple, engaging speaking activities
• Guide trial members and support their learning journey
• Work with the Fondi team to improve engagement and retention
• Maintain consistency in hosting and community interaction
