Job Description

As an Educational Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for leading the full sales process while guiding clients through our educational and travel programs, ensuring an excellent customer experience every step of the way.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Process Management: Lead the complete sales cycle using company-provided tools and software.
  • Product Advisory: Advise clients on educational and travel plans, including cross-selling, while meeting targets set by the Growth Management team.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure sales meet company quality standards (customer retention, minimal returns, accurate reporting of sales visits).
  • Prospecting: Continuously seek and develop new business prospects in line with company policies.
  • Customer Support: Direct client questions or concerns to the appropriate departments, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Tool Management: Properly use company technology and documentation systems.
  • Additional Duties: Carry out other tasks as assigned by your supervisor or required by the role.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, technical degree, or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial roles, with knowledge of selling both services (intangibles) and products (tangibles).
  • Experience managing both in-person and remote sales channels.
  • Proficiency in office tools and CRM software for sales.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and effectively manage sales pipelines.

Compensation
  • Monthly payment: R$ 2,211.67 (Brazilian reais).
  • Unlimited commissions.
  • Commitment of 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule, under an independent contractor agreement.
