Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on ecommerce platforms.
• Ensure product information, pricing, and images are accurate and up-to-date
• Process customer orders and coordinate with logistics or fulfillment teams
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock updates
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions on the online store
• Maintain documentation, reports, and store analytics
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams as needed

Qualifications
