  • Effectively support sellers on the platform, ensuring their business growth through operational excellence, marketing strategy, and sales execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact, addressing their needs, and providing solutions.
  • Monitor seller performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Understand clients’ business goals and challenges to offer tailored advice and solutions as well as set and achieve their revenue targets through effective e‑commerce strategies.
  • Use of strong selling, influencing skills, able to convince sellers by verbal and written communication skills to join Shop program.
