Job RoleSeeking a seasoned professional to enhance customer experiences within Dynamics 365.

This key position requires expertise in reviewing, auditing and optimizing customer journeys ensuring seamless operations from initial website form submission to final lead disposition.

Main responsibilities
  • Evaluate and refine customer journeys from website form entry in D365 to lead conversion.
  • Analyze and optimize call schedules, sequencing, prioritization, time zones and location assignments, call queues, and replenishment for agents.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to synchronize system configurations with call log data.
  • Implement, test and confirm changes meet requirements.
  • Coordinate deployment of changes into production environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Dynamics CE proficiency (hands-on configuration and development).
  • Experience in auditing and improving customer journeys and call workflows.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end projects from requirement gathering to production deployment.
  • Attention to detail with focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Advanced English language proficiency required for this role.
