Job Summary:

The Director of Construction and Infrastructure is responsible for leading and managing the technical and operational teams within the Construction & Infrastructure (C&I) division.

This role focuses on people management, strategic planning, client management, budget oversight, and the execution of key annual initiatives to drive growth and operational excellence.

The Director ensures alignment with organizational goals through effective coordination, risk management, and continuous improvement of processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • C&I Annual Meeting Plans: Develop, coordinate, and execute the annual meeting plans for the Construction & Infrastructure division to ensure alignment of objectives and team engagement.
  • Strategic Management: Lead the technical and operational C&I teams by setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Focus on Renewals and Expansion: Drive efforts to renew existing contracts and expand business opportunities, particularly targeting white space products and untapped markets.
  • Voice of the Customer (VOC) Management: Analyze and act upon VOC results to enhance client satisfaction and retention, serving as the primary keeper of VOC insights.
  • Budget Oversight: Act as the budget keeper, managing financial resources prudently to meet operational and strategic objectives.
  • Office Management Priorities: Oversee and prioritize management activities across multiple office locations to ensure operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Strategic Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for growth are identified.
  • Annual Visit Plan Implementation: Execute the annual visit plan targeting both existing clients and prospects to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Road Show Annual Plan Implementation: Coordinate and implement the annual road show plan to promote C&I services and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Risk Assessment Plan Implementation: Lead the execution of the annual risk assessment plan to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Claims Process Follow-up: Monitor and support the claims process in collaboration with the team to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Team Coordination and Committee Participation: Organize and coordinate periodic team meetings, including active participation in Placement, Claims, Operational, and Strategic Clients committees to align efforts and share insights.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Budget management and financial acumen.
  • Experience with client relationship management and risk assessment.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • English language skills is mandatory and Spanish is expected
