Andela is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to join our Revenue team.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, customer acquisition and retention, and assisting in the overall business development strategy.
You will work closely with corporate marketing, and creative teams to scale a marketing function which supports our year‑over‑year hypergrowth.
