Job Description

The Demand Generation Specialist at Metal Toad is responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers (Leads) to create a robust sales pipeline.

This role is essential in driving our growth by generating high-quality leads that align with our business objectives.

Mission

To identify, qualify, and develop leads through strategic outreach and targeted marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality prospects that align with the company's sales objectives and growth targets.

Outcomes
  • Lead Generation and Qualification- Research and qualify leads : _ _Research and identify potential leads through various channels including social media and online reasearch.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Outreach and Engagement.
  • Engagement : Develop and maintain a lead nurturing process to engage prospects and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Pipeline Management- Organize : Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Hubspot : Use HubSpot to track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams : Understand target markets and develop strategies to generate leads that meet these criteria.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team : To align lead generation efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Data Management and Reporting- Hygiene : Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in the CRM.
  • Reporting : Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics and performance against targets.
  • Continuous Improvement- Stay tuned : Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
  • Process improvement : Suggest and implement improvements to the lead generation process based on data analysis and feedback.
