About the Role:

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to transform our marketing operations into a high-performing pipeline machine. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of Hubspot from data integrity to lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and attribution. You’ll also drive ABM campaigns using tools like Propensity, Common Room, and paid media platforms, launching fast multi-channel programs, and continuously refine campaigns based on real-time data and performance insights.

  • A strategic thinker who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • HubSpot Certified with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in demand gen or marketing ops.
  • Excited by experimentations, analytics, and delivering results that move the revenue needle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub end-to-end—build workflows, scoring rules, custom objects, integrations, and reporting dashboards.
  • Develop and launch multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, and drive bookings.
  • Manage and optimize ABM programs, nurture workflows, and landing page experiments.
  • Lead paid advertising across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Bing, Reddit, and more.
  • Ensure clean data flow and full-funnel attribution across Webflow, Propensity, Common Room, Apollo.ai, and ad platform integrations.
  • Build and maintain multi-touch attribution and analytics dashboards to monitor CAC:LTV, funnel velocity, and ROI—then act fast on what the numbers say.



What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in demand generation and/or marketing operations.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot (Inbound-certified preferred).
  • Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience managing and optimizing paid media budgets.
  • Strong analytical mindset—you know how to interpret performance metrics and turn them into action.

Compensation:
$40,000 / year to $60,000 / year
