A global multi-asset broker is seeking Customer Service Rockstars to provide support through various channels. Candidates must be native Portuguese speakers willing to relocate to Southeast Asia. The ideal applicant has a Bachelor's degree and over 2 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in crypto or fintech. Qualificações

  • Provide front-line support to customers via live chats, phones, and email.
  • Answer queries and resolve client issues regarding products, platforms, and promotions.
  • Record and update customer data and relevant information.

The company will provide all necessary visa assistance and relocation support.

During the visa processing, work remotely from your base country.

Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email.
  • Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotions.
  • Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally.
  • Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
  • Supporting documentation / administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Over 2 years of experience in Customer Service, highly preferred in crypto or fintech, but any industry welcome.
  • Mandatory rotation shift schedule with night-shifts once relocated.
  • Experience in international settings and teams.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is MANDATORY.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a superb client focus.
  • Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge or interest in trading is highly desirable, but not essential.
