The ideal candidate should have experience in online customer support, proficiency in tools like Zendesk, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Portuguese and English. The role requires adaptation to shift schedules, potential weekend work, and a clear understanding of trading terminology. This is a full-time remote position based in Brazil.

Qualificações

• Experience with online customer support operations.
• Familiarity with trading terminology and concepts.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Customer service or finance experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries regarding accounts and trading.
• Assist with KYC verification and dispute resolution.
• Document and escalate customer issues to tech teams.
• Stay updated on futures trading rules.
• Adapt to shift schedules for market coverage.
• Work weekends and irregular hours, including nights.

Conhecimentos

Online customer support experience

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels regarding accounts, trading, payments, etc.
• Assist customers with KYC verification, account security setup, and dispute resolution.
• Accurately document and elevate customer issues, collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.
• Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements / risk alerts (training provided).
• Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.
• Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts.

Requirements

• Have an online customer support experience, and proficiency in tools like Zendesk / LiveChat.
• Fast learner, able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.
• Patient, resilient, and skilled in de-escalating high-tension situations.
• Familiarity with Brazilian / Portuguese user communication styles; finance or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
