You’ll assist with KYC processes and account security while documenting issues and collaborating with technical teams. Proficiency in both Portuguese and English is essential, along with experience in online customer support. This is a full-time remote position, requiring flexibility for night shifts and weekends.

Qualificações

  • Experience in online customer support environment.
  • Quick mastery of derivatives trading terminology.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian communication styles.

Responsabilidades

  • Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels.
  • Assist with KYC verification and account security.
  • Document and communicate customer issues with technical teams.
  • Stay updated on futures trading rules.
  • Adapt to shift schedules as required.
  • Work weekends and night shifts if necessary.

Conhecimentos

Online customer support experience
Proficient in Zendesk / LiveChat
Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English
Ability to de-escalate high-tension situations

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels regarding accounts, trading, payments, etc.
  • Assist customers with KYC verification, account security setup, and dispute resolution.
  • Accurately document and elevate customer issues, collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.
  • Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements / risk alerts (training provided).
  • Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.
  • Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts.
Requirements
  • Have an online customer support experience, and proficiency in tools like Zendesk / LiveChat.
  • Fast learner, able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.
  • Patient, resilient, and skilled in de‑escalating high‑tension situations.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian / Portuguese user communication styles; finance or customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
