A leading cryptocurrency exchange is seeking a dedicated customer support representative to assist users through various channels. The ideal candidate will have strong customer support experience, proficiency in Zendesk or LiveChat, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Portuguese and English. This remote, full-time position requires flexibility for shifts that may include nights and weekends, aimed at providing exceptional user support and contributing to a trustworthy trading environment.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in online customer support roles.
• Familiarity with customer service in finance.
• Proficient in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels.
• Assist customers with KYC verification and conflict resolution.
• Document customer issues and collaborate with technical teams.
• Stay updated on futures trading rules and communicate risk alerts.
• Work shifts including weekends and night hours as needed.

Conhecimentos

Customer support experience

Proficiency in Zendesk / LiveChat

Ability to de-escalate high-tension situations

Fast learner of derivatives trading terminology

Familiarity with Brazilian / Portuguese user communication styles

Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels regarding accounts, trading, payments, etc.
• Assist customers with KYC verification, account security setup, and dispute resolution.
• Accurately document and elevate customer issues, collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.
• Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements / risk alerts (training provided).
• Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.
• Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts.

Requirements

• Have an online customer support experience, and proficiency in tools like Zendesk / LiveChat.
• Fast learner, able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.
• Patient, resilient, and skilled in de‑escalating high‑tension situations.
• Familiarity with Brazilian / Portuguese user communication styles; finance or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
