A leading crypto exchange is looking for a customer support representative in Brazil. This role requires handling customer inquiries about accounts and trading while assisting with KYC and security setups. The ideal candidate will have experience in online customer support, be fluent in both Portuguese and English, and should excel in high-pressure situations. Flexible hours, including weekends, are necessary to cover target market hours in a remote setting.

Qualificações

  • Experience in customer service, particularly in a finance-focused environment is preferred.
  • Ability to learn derivatives trading terminology quickly is essential.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian/Portuguese user communication styles.

Responsabilidades

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding accounts, trading, and payments.
  • Assist customers with KYC verification and account security.
  • Document and escalate customer issues as necessary.
  • Stay updated on trading rules and communicate risks/alerts.
  • Adapt to shifts to ensure coverage during market hours.
  • Willingness to work weekends and night shifts.

Conhecimentos

Online customer support experience
Proficient in Zendesk / LiveChat

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels regarding accounts, trading, payments, etc.
  • Assist customers with KYC verification, account security setup, and dispute resolution.
  • Accurately document and elevate customer issues, collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.
  • Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements / risk alerts (training provided).
  • Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.
  • Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts.
Requirements
  • Have an online customer support experience, and proficiency in tools like Zendesk / LiveChat.
  • Fast learner, able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.
  • Patient, resilient, and skilled in de‑escalating high‑tension situations.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian / Portuguese user communication styles; finance or customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
