JOB PURPOSE
The CRM Analyst is responsible for analyzing customer data, generating reports, and supporting CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights;
- Present data-driven insights to stakeholders, translating complex information into actionable recommendations;
- Generate reports and dashboards, communicating key metrics and findings;
- Develop and maintain KPIs related to customer engagement and satisfaction;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for valuable insights from CRM data;
- Refine reporting processes for increased efficiency;
- Contribute to the design and execution of targeted marketing campaigns;
- Assist in customer database segmentation for personalized communication;
- Provide training to CRM users on system functionalities;
- Document CRM processes and procedures for reference and training.
QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)
- 1 or 2 years of proven experience in managing CRM activities in medium to large size projects;
- Fluent English. Any additional language is an advantage;
- Excel advanced user;
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, or a related field;
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer lifecycle;
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, R or similar is an advantage;
- Knowledge of Power Bi, Qsense or similar are an advantage;
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
