A leading cruise line in Brazil is seeking a CRM Analyst responsible for analyzing customer data and supporting CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience managing CRM activities, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in data interpretation. Fluent English is required, and knowledge of SQL and Power BI is preferred.

Qualificações

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in managing CRM activities in medium to large size projects.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.

JOB PURPOSE

The CRM Analyst is responsible for analyzing customer data, generating reports, and supporting CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights;
  • Present data-driven insights to stakeholders, translating complex information into actionable recommendations;
  • Generate reports and dashboards, communicating key metrics and findings;
  • Develop and maintain KPIs related to customer engagement and satisfaction;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for valuable insights from CRM data;
  • Refine reporting processes for increased efficiency;
  • Contribute to the design and execution of targeted marketing campaigns;
  • Assist in customer database segmentation for personalized communication;
  • Provide training to CRM users on system functionalities;
  • Document CRM processes and procedures for reference and training.
QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)
  • 1 or 2 years of proven experience in managing CRM activities in medium to large size projects;
  • Fluent English. Any additional language is an advantage;
  • Excel advanced user;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, or a related field;
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer lifecycle;
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, R or similar is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Power Bi, Qsense or similar are an advantage;
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
