Position Overview
Creative Strategist
At LDX Digital, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of data, creativity, and digital storytelling. Your mission is to drive performance marketing outcomes through innovative, insights‑driven advertising strategies across Google platforms, including YouTube, Search, Display, and beyond. You’ll collaborate with product marketing managers, analysts, designers, and clients to craft compelling creative campaigns that resonate globally. Our focus is on performance, ensuring clients are hitting their KPIs consistently with the best‑in‑house creative and design strategy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and trend analysis by proactively monitoring platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to identify emerging creative trends and behavioral shifts.
- Leverage tools like Google Trends, Think with Google, and YouTube Analytics to forecast content opportunities and translate cultural and platform‑specific trends into creative strategies that spark audience engagement and brand affinity.
- Perform competitive and landscape analysis, conducting in‑depth reviews of competitor campaigns using tools such as the Ads Transparency Centre, Foreplay, Motion, Meta Ads Manager, and third‑party benchmarks.
- Partner with Product and Growth teams to align messaging and creative execution with market gaps and opportunities.
- Analyze live ad campaigns to determine creative effectiveness, identifying what drives performance across demographics and platforms.
- Use proprietary and third‑party software (e.g., Ads Data Hub, GA4, Looker Studio) to dissect engagement metrics and recommend creative pivots, championing a test‑and‑learn culture by hypothesizing, testing, and iterating on creative approaches based on performance data.
- Write and develop creative briefs, authoring clear, data‑informed briefs that align with business goals, campaign objectives, and audience insights, including strategic context, creative direction, tone of voice, copy guidance, visual references, and brand guardrails.
- Collaborate with internal designers, copywriters, and videographers to bring ideas to life, ensuring alignment with campaign KPIs.
- Manage creative projects, overseeing multiple concurrent initiatives from ideation through execution and performance review.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, brand, and legal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery, utilizing tools such as ClickUp, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace to manage workflows, timelines, and communication.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or performance advertising.
- Strong grasp of marketing analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable creative decisions.
- Deep understanding of media‑buying and sales data is required.
- Excellent communication and brief‑writing skills.
- Experience with creative tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Experience working with global brands or in a fast‑paced tech environment.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic advertising best practices.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, and comfort with storytelling across diverse cultures and markets.
