A technology company is seeking a dedicated Customer Success professional to assist customers in Brazil with deploying and adopting their products. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Portuguese and English, possess basic knowledge of Cortex XDR, and have experience in customer support. This remote position requires effective communication and initiative to facilitate the successful use of product capabilities and to support a diverse portfolio of small to midsize customers.

Qualificações

  • 1+ years of customer success or support experience.
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of customers.
  • Self-starter with initiative.

Responsabilidades

  • Support customers in deploying and adopting products.
  • Guide customers in implementing the Cortex line of products.
  • Facilitate customer adoption of the platform.
  • Assist with SOC-related duties if applicable.

Conhecimentos

Fluent in Portuguese
Fluent in English
Basic knowledge of Cortex XDR
Basic understanding of SOAR capabilities
Customer support experience

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Overview

Responsibilities
  • 1) Required languages are Portuguese and English.
  • 2) Helping customers fully deploy all products. Continual support, adoption, feature enablement, best utilize the Cortex line of products. Guiding customers into implementing.
  • 3) Convince for adoption; adopt the platform
  • 4) Tech skills: basic knowledge of Cortex XDR, some basics of SOAR capabilities ( any SOAR is fine not necessarily PAN SOAR). They will later teach XIEM. Products are in a SOC hence COS analyst experience is helpful to know.
  • 5) Interviews: 2-3 interviews.
  • 6) cert in PAN is good. SOAR cert is nice to have. SOC - knowledge. If a candidate doesn’t have a BE degree but has certificates+ experience then that will work.
