What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide analysis and reconciliation of complex financial data to ensure compliance with regulations and accounting procedures
• Review and improve accounting, internal control, and departmental procedures for efficiency and accuracy
• Identify trends in accounting system transactions and prepare reports of findings
• Plan and execute month‑end closing activities of the General Ledger, including financial reports and budget analysis
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and support materials for auditors and regulatory agencies

What is Required (Qualifications)

• BS/BA in accounting, finance, or relevant field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting and financial reporting experience
• Working knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations
• Excellent understanding of accounting and financial processes, including budgeting and financial audits
• Knowledge of healthcare preferred
