We are seeking a Controls Lead Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of experience to drive technical excellence and integration design for large-scale smart building projects. This role focuses on leading the development and delivery of integrated solutions across controls, fire, security, and related building technologies. The Controls Lead Engineer will work collaboratively with customers and internal teams to design, coordinate, and implement integration strategies that meet project and customer goals.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $100,000 to $138,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
