A leading renewable energy firm is seeking a Contract Manager in São Paulo. This role involves managing Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) supply and BESS supply contracts for LATAM projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in contract management within the renewable energy sector and must be fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. A hybrid work arrangement is provided, promoting a dynamic and multicultural work environment.

Manage Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) Supply and BESS supply contracts for LATAM projects.
Full contract management execution, working closely with the projects team to ensure all clauses are fulfilled, identify risks and manage client claims.
Ensure execution strictly aligned with contractual terms and defend the contractual prerogatives.
Lead change order, claims, and dispute processes with solid technical and contractual arguments.
Monitor schedules, milestones, payments, documentation, and client obligations.
Issue formal notifications and contractual correspondence.
Advise internal teams on risks, obligations, and impacts of decisions.
Interact directly with clients, EPCs, and stakeholders for contractual alignments.
Monitor and mitigate contractual risks, protecting margin and timelines.
Participate in progress meetings, technical reviews, and negotiations.
Ensure documentation governance and compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in contract management within wind energy, BESS, EPC, or heavy infrastructure. Wind is preferred, open to candidates coming from Hydro or Thermal as well.
Proven experience with Supply Agreements and interface with BoP / EPC contracts.
Knowledge of change management, claims, risk assessment, and technical negotiations.
Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese ideal.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and assertive positioning.
Previous experience working with LATAM clients is highly desirable.
Ability to work in a multicultural, dynamic, and deadline-driven environment.
