We’re Hiring a: Content Specialist, Demand Generation & Distribution

About the Role

We are looking for a Content Specialist with a strong AI‑first approach to support demand generation initiatives and multi‑channel content distribution. This role requires the ability to ideate, draft, and optimize content while collaborating with designers, digital channel specialists, growth leads, and regional marketing managers.

You will create content for every stage of the funnel, support distribution across internal and external channels, and use AI to accelerate research, writing, optimization, and performance improvements. This role sits at the center of a multidisciplinary marketing engine.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation for Funnel & Demand Generation
  • Develop content for all funnel stages (blog posts, case studies, email sequences, scripts, landing pages, social copy).
  • Customize content for ICPs, industries, and regional priorities using AEO structures.
Multi-Channel Distribution & Activation
  • Manage content distribution across LinkedIn, website, HubSpot, email, and partner channels.
  • Align messaging, timing, and asset readiness across teams.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate actively with global marketing, content, digital channels, product, growth, and sales.
  • Support content needs for GTM actions and campaigns.
AEO, SEO, Website & Optimization
  • Apply SEO fundamentals.
  • Proactive approach with expertise in keyword research and understanding user behavior.
  • Manage updates in WordPress.
  • Recommend improvements based on performance signals.
  • Apply prompting best practices to ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy.
  • Answer engine optimization (AEO) content strategy development.
Performance Tracking
  • Track KPIs using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and platform dashboards.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and conversions.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain all content calendars, briefs, documentation, and workflows using Notion.
  • Organize, store, and manage assets, shared folders, and documentation through SharePoint.
  • Ensure structure, visibility, and version control across all assets.
  • Guarantee brand consistency and message alignment across deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or similar.
  • 3+ years of B2B content experience (tech, SaaS, startups, ERP ideal).
  • Experience with HubSpot and WordPress.
  • Understanding of SEO, AEO, and funnel stages.
  • Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work with LLM tools.
  • Strong English writing skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • If located in Bogota or Sao Paulo, availability to attend the office once per week.
