Qualificações

• Experience in production support in OTC cycle & worked on various scenarios like Schedule Agreements, STO, Third-Party.
• Experience with customization / localization for Brazil.
• Experience in analyzing the technology environment and creating Solution Prototypes.

Responsabilidades

• Work on SAP ECC Support / enhancement for SAP SD Functional Modules.
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with other SAP functional teams for end-to-end process integration.

Strong analytical verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, IT, or related field

Responsibilities

• Work on SAP ECC Support / enhancement for SAP SD Functional Modules.
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, change configuration, create new configuration.
• Develop functional specifications for custom development objects and coordinate with technical teams (SAP ABAP) to ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with other SAP functional teams, such as PP, MM, and FI/CO, to ensure end‑to‑end process integration.
• Interact at all levels of clients’ organizations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good expertise in SAP SD Functional area with LATAM localization.
• Experience in production support in OTC cycle & worked on various scenarios & concepts like Schedule Agreements, STO, Third‑Party, Retro billing, interface (third‑party issue) etc.
• Experience with customization / localization for Brazil.
• Experience in analyzing the technology environment and creating Solution Prototypes.
• Good knowledge of Gepperto Addon.
• Good customer management skills.
• Experience in interfaces & IDOC and batch monitoring & managing activities.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Advance English / Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, IT, or related field.
• SAP SD certification (SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Sales recommended).
