Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Compliance and Privacy Program
• Coordinate conflicts of interest disclosure processes and manage policy documentation
• Assist in corporate compliance training activities and maintain evidence of participation
• Monitor communication channels and respond to inquiries related to compliance
• Support corporate compliance audits and assist with legal document organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated work experience in business, healthcare, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance
• Direct experience with health insurance payors, providers, or health systems
• Relevant certifications such as CHC or CHPC are preferred
