Financial Operations Coordinator We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to support the financial operations of our organization across multiple entities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily accounting activities, reinforcing financial controls, and providing essential backup across all key operational processes.
Customer Billing & Receivables: Create, validate, and issue customer invoices. Manage invoicing workflows. Monitor incoming payments and perform payment matching. Execute customer reminders and maintain updated follow-up tracking. Maintain customer reporting and ensure accuracy of receivables data.
Supplier Accounting & Payables: Verify and validate supplier invoices. Ensure correct accounting allocation of supplier expenses. Support the monthly payables closing process.
Bank Reconciliation & Treasury Support: Perform reconciliations for multi-currency accounts. Assist with treasury tracking and cash flow updates.
General Accounting & Reporting: Support the bookkeeping. Maintain and control analytical entries. Participate in quarterly closings. Ensure compliance with internal financial processes.
Cross-Entity Support & Process Improvements: Contribute to standardizing accounting processes across the group. Participate in internal projects, workflow optimization, workflow automation, reporting enhancement. Improve documentation and build a finance operational manual.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial workflows. They should also have experience with Odoo and solid Excel/Google Sheets skills. Additional requirements include minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, ability to work across multiple entities and currencies, strong attention to detail, reliability, and autonomy.
English is required, and Portuguese or French is a plus.
