A growing fintech company is seeking a Compliance Lead to drive regulatory licensing and enhance compliance for financial products in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in AML, direct interactions with regulators, and a deep understanding of crypto regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and shape strategic partnerships within the rapidly evolving financial landscape.

Qualificações

• Solid AML / compliance background, ideally in payments, fintech, crypto, or banking.
• Direct experience working with regulators and banks in Brazil.
• Ability to operate seamlessly at both the managerial / strategic level and hands-on execution.

Responsabilidades

• Drive VASPs license application and regulatory positioning.
• Work closely with Chief Banking Officer and Brazil team.
• Support compliance, products, operations, and processes.
• Balance day-to-day compliance with strategic licensing responsibilities.
• Support and expand banking partnerships across Brazil.

What you'll do :

• Lead regulatory licensing : Drive our VASPs license application and strengthen Conduit’s regulatory positioning in Brazil.
• Partner with leadership : Work closely with our Chief Banking Officer and Brazil team to align strategy and execution.
• Enhance compliance & controls : Bring AML, crypto, and compliance expertise to support our products, operations, and processes.
• Be hands-on : Balance execution in day-to-day compliance and operations with strategic responsibility for licensing and regulatory relationships.
• Grow partnerships : Support and expand banking partnerships across Brazil.

What we're looking for :
