Job Description

Lead the construction and management of budgets and forecasts. Act as business partner supporting the BUs in strategic projects and analysis, as well as the preparation of business reviews for senior leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the forecasts and budget cycles, working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business’s medium‑to‑long‑term financial plan.
  • Prepare a monthly, quarterly and annual reporting package, including consolidated financial statements, dashboards, key trend analysis, and explanations of variances.
  • Prepare and review monthly financial reports for regional teams.
  • Act as a business partner, providing financial support to local business and commercial teams.
  • Manage and control OPEX and headcount.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate practices and rules in the development of controls and reports.
  • Use BI tools, Excel, SAC and Athena for analysis, and apply knowledge of AI tools and development.
  • Lead transformational and ad‑hoc financial projects.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
  • Graduation degree in Administration, Economics or a related field.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, others).
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Five or more years of experience in FP&A.
  • Strong critical thinking and results orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding business objectives.
