A telehealth platform is looking for Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to support clients' mental health through video sessions. This remote role offers flexible hours, with candidates preferred from São Paulo. Responsibilities include providing mental health support and contributing to program improvements. Candidates must have a master's degree, licensing, and at least 3 years of clinical experience.

Qualificações

• Active registration as a psychologist with the Regional Psychology Council (Conselho Regional de Psicologia - CRP).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with 500 supervised clinical hours.
• Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth mental health support for clients.
• Focus on clinical cases such as anxiety, trauma, and addiction.
• Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team.

You will be a practitioner on our telehealth platform 'Intellect', where your role is to support our clients' mental health and personal growth based on the individual needs and goals. This is delivered primarily through scheduled 60-minute video sessions on our platform.

This is a freelance remote role with the flexibility to decide your business hours. Local candidates are preferred but others can still be considered. This role is a great opportunity to supplement your current job or private practice.

We're seeking to partner with Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to be part of a community working collaboratively to bring greater mental health access to the public to provide mental health coaching

What You'll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
• Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction etc.
• Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform

• Qualifications: Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or an equivalent accredited programme
• Licensure: Active registration as a psychologist with the Regional Psychology Council (Conselho Regional de Psicologia - CRP), under the oversight of the Federal Council of Psychology (CFP)
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements)
• Expertise: Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches
• Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
• Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors
• Somatic Experiencing (SE)
• License: Must hold valid and active licenses applicable to the country of practice
• Supervision Requirement: One supervision session every 2 months
• Languages: Proficiency in English and your local language
• Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP and/or adult counseling
• Flexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary (offices in Vila Olímpia)
