Role

As an Enterprise Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a key portfolio of our enterprise clients. This role focuses on upselling, cross‑selling, renegotiation, and maintaining strong relationships across the client lifecycle. The position is a temporary role with a contract set after a 6‑month period to cover a leave of absence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a sales plan for each named client, identifying products and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead the client relationship for a portfolio of large and complex enterprise accounts after the point of sale.
  • Ensure contract renewals and expansions, negotiating contracts on an annual basis.
  • Partner with the client’s HR and decision makers to build an approach that connects their C‑level to Wellhub executives and other clients.
  • Provide product feedback to product management.
  • Live the mission by inspiring others and creating a supportive environment that values wellbeing.
Qualifications
  • Solid experience in a client‑facing position leading large and complex client relationships, cross‑selling and upselling in an existing portfolio.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple clients/projects concurrently.
  • Strong attention to detail and process improvement skills.
  • Proficient in Portuguese and English.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
