Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Associate Degree plus three years of general accounting experience.
  • Ability to learn and work with different accounting software programs.
  • Valid California driver's license and personal vehicle required.

Responsabilidades

  • Prepare, review, and distribute customer billings.
  • Post customer payments through various methods.
  • Verify accuracy of invoices by reconciling to the general ledger.
  • Perform collections of past due receivables.
  • Maintain customer files and records.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and distribute customer billings
  • Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
  • Verify accuracy of invoices by reconciling billings to the general ledger
  • Perform collections of past due receivables and resolve customer inquiries
  • Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Associate Degree in Accounting plus three (3) years of general accounting experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with large-scale government contract accounting and/or enterprise-level medical billing
  • Ability to learn and work with different accounting software programs, particularly the MIP Accounting System
  • Valid California driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of personal vehicle insurance coverage
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office software
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
