Project Manager Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our projects with expertise in Scrum practices, ceremonies, roles, and values. Solid experience: Working as a Scrum Master on complex large projects with multiple teams or stakeholders is essential.

In-depth knowledge : Familiarity with Scrum practices, ceremonies, roles, and values is required to guide the team and organization in adopting agile methodologies.

Agile expertise : Experience with projects in traditional models (Waterfall) with good ability to transition between agile and predictive approaches is a must.

Able to adapt : Ability to analyze and monitor relevant agile metrics (speed, lead time, cycle time, burndown, throughput, etc.) to support decision making and drive continuous improvement is necessary.

Strong communication skills : Advanced English language proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders is essential.
