Ocean Operations Execution includes roles that manage and operate seagoing vessels (owned, chartered, VSA) used for transporting customer cargo/containers.

The Frontline stream includes individual contributors typically working on-site in a "hands-on" environment, supporting daily business operations activities. This career stream covers skilled or entry-level operator jobs that provide services directly benefiting customers, such as transporting, loading/unloading cargo, and fulfilling orders. Most responsibilities involve delivering specific operational or technical services, usually under supervision, following established schedules and standards (e.g., SOPs, quality standards, HSE regulations).
