Our client is a U.S.-based digital marketing agency creating high-performing, creative ads for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Our client is seeking a Casting Scout / Coordinator to source, recruit, and manage on-camera talent. You’ll ensure productions run smoothly by coordinating auditions, managing schedules across multiple shoots, maintaining accurate talent records, and helping grow our talent pipeline. This role reports to internal producers and co-founders—no direct client interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit on-camera talent, including actors, creators, and influencers, using both existing contacts and new outreach
  • Maintain and expand the internal casting database with accurate, up-to-date information
  • Coordinate schedules across multiple shoots (typically 10–15 in parallel), ensuring alignment between talent and production teams
  • Manage auditions and flag potential scheduling conflicts or issues
  • Draft and distribute call sheets ahead of shoots
  • Collaborate closely with producers to align talent with project needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve talent workflows and processes
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of relevant coordination experience (casting, recruiting, project coordination, or high-volume communications roles)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Clear written and email communication, with proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/shoots simultaneously
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Drive) and strong file/organizational hygiene
  • Adaptable and comfortable flagging issues or escalating conflicts as needed
  • prior casting, influencer management, or production experience is a plus.
