The candidate will handle purchase requisitions, supplier development, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems and the ability to conduct analysis for cost-effective purchasing. This position involves issuing purchase orders and maintaining quality management standards.

Qualificações

• Experience with indirect materials purchasing.
• Ability to conduct price comparisons and cost-benefit analysis.
• Experience in supplier qualification and development.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze purchase requisitions for accuracy.
• Issue purchase orders for indirect materials.
• Monitor performance indicators for the purchasing area.
• Conduct internal audits as required.

Control fleet, departure of company vehicles

Purchasing Follow-up

Attend Sales Representatives (indirect materials)

Collect merchandise from suppliers in the company vehicle

Monitor the performance indicators of the area (indirect material)

Enable and monitor compliance with rules and procedures, as well as maintain implementation

• consistently the QMS (Quality Management System) in its area of operation;

Perform internal audit in the company, when requested and trained.

Having other responsibilities and authorities related to the function, attended by the immediate superior.
