Responsibilities

• Manage communication processes, including regular updates and changes to service and operations teams
• Plan, edit, and write content for various internal communication platforms
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives
• Project manage the UAT process for servicing and operations teams
• Facilitate cross-functional trainings for a large number of teammates

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in project management practices and theories is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience in data analytics and project management with a strong sense of time management

Preferred Qualifications

• Formalized Project Management methodology and certification
• SharePoint creation and administration experience
• CAPM certification
• Experience working in a fast-paced/service-driven company
• Strong presentation skills in multiple technology tools
