Overview

We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (Appointment Setter) to generate qualified opportunities for our sales team. You’ll connect with warm and cold leads, qualify prospects, and schedule pre-booked strategy sessions. This role is for motivated, metrics-driven professionals who thrive on outreach and pipeline building.

What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
  • 1+ year of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or business development
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed activity targets (calls, emails, SMS)
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (GoHighLevel, ClickUp preferred)
  • Highly organised with excellent follow-through
  • Available to work U.S. Eastern Time hours (9 AM 6 PM)
If you don’t have experience in appointment setting or lead qualification, do not apply.
Performance targets
  • Make 80 - 100 outbound calls per day (Cold Calls and Warm)
  • Book 15 - 20 qualified appointments per week
  • Maintain a 70%+ show-up rate
  • Convert 20 - 30% of leads to appointments
  • Keep 100% accurate CRM data in ClickUp/GoHighLevel
  • Your role will include cold calling as well as working from a warm list of pre-qualified leads
Compensation, location and growth
