A remote sales agency is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to focus on cold calling US companies. The role requires advanced English and experience in outbound lead generation, with a strong emphasis on independent work and effective communication. Successful candidates will enjoy a structured interview process and have the opportunity to work within a supportive framework that encourages strategic development of sales techniques. This is a full-time or part-time position with a direct focus on generating qualified leads.
You'll work remotely as a full-time or part-time Business Development Representative for US companies. That means you won't be prospecting for LGH itself, but for our clients. Your day-to-day will focus on identifying, prospecting, and engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers, all through outbound outreach. Cold calling is at the heart of our methodology, supported by social and email outreach. You'll also run weekly pipeline reviews with clients to ensure alignment and progress. All the tools, training, and methodology will be provided. At the same time, we encourage you to bring your own experience, tactics, and learned strategies to do your job and improve the process.
Advanced English. You'll be cold-calling and selling in English every day.
You must have experience cold calling prospects outside of Brazil / LATAM, preferably to US companies.
Proficiency in B2B outbound lead generation techniques, with a results-oriented mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with good time management skills.
Strong research and analytical skills for identifying and qualifying high-value leads.
Proficiency with CRM software and lead management tools.
