A remote sales firm is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to work for US companies. This role involves prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling meetings through cold calling and other outreach methods. Candidates must have advanced English and experience in B2B outbound lead generation. Strong communication and independent working skills are needed to thrive in this remote position. The job entails conducting weekly client reviews and using provided tools for success.
You'll work remotely as a full-time or part-time Business Development Representative for US companies. That means you won't be prospecting for LGH itself, but for our clients. Your day-to-day will focus on identifying, prospecting, and engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers, all through outbound outreach. Cold calling is at the heart of our methodology, supported by social and email outreach. You'll also run weekly pipeline reviews with clients to ensure alignment and progress. All the tools, training, and methodology will be provided. At the same time, we encourage you to bring your own experience, tactics, and learned strategies to do your job and improve the process.
Advanced English. You'll be cold-calling and selling in English every day.
You must have experience cold calling prospects outside of Brazil / LATAM, preferably to US companies.
Proficiency in B2B outbound lead generation techniques, with a results-oriented mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with good time management skills.
Strong research and analytical skills for identifying and qualifying high-value leads.
Proficiency with CRM software and lead management tools.
